Kwekwe Polytechnic Students present low-cost Innovations

On the 25th of June 2024 our students demonstrated low-cost equipment and technologies to meet the nation's industrial demands in the mining and agriculture sectors. Situated in the mineral-rich Midlands province, the college has produced inexpensive artisanal mining hoists thanks to student innovation. computers programs to oversee mining activities and gold concentrators. Education is a necessary component of economic growth, according to Midlands Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution Owen Ncube, who was the guest of honor at the  exhibition event. He went on to emphasize on how  Education, research, community service, innovation, and industrialization all resonate with the new dispensation's goal of expanding our economy because of this relationship.
