Minimum Entry Qualifications:

• National Diploma in Professional Cookery or equivalent

• Skilled Worker Class 1 in Professional Cookery

Further Education Teachers Certificate or Technical and Vocational Education Certificate will be an added advantage

Skills :

• Should have good Tourism and Hospitality Communication
• Should be able to supervise student�s industrial based projects and impart entrepreneurial skills to students

Experience

A minimum of three years relevant experience.
